Editors' Take
Not only is it HOT to make out in the galleries, surrounded by contemporary art, it's free! That pretty much makes it the perfect date night.
5pm to 9pm
Free Thursdays
at Institute of Contemporary Art, 100 Northern Ave, Boston (South
Boston/Waterfront)
FREE
There were those who sat through the dreaded purgatory tent of
'free opening day', but let's forgive & forget because now we
can amble in any Thurdsday night. It’s technically called
‘Target Free Thursday Nights’, because Thursday
evenings are free as long as Target will sponsor it. I say, "Who
cares? You see the same darn thing!"
The cool thing is that they actually do special events on many
Thursday nights. Below are the original posted events.
I'lll try to keep up, but there's a good chance to see something
extra if you go on Free Thursdays. At the very least, take a walk
around the galleries and enjoy the fantastic view of the harbor.
