OK, OK, you know how "cool" Fort Point is. But have you actually been there? (We haven't either.) Here's our chance: The neighborhood's Artists Community opens up their studios for us to take a look around, talk with artists and discover new work.
Friday May 9th, 4-7pm
Saturday and Sunday May 10 & 11, 12-5pm
Fort Point Artist Community's Spring Open Studios weekend
features seventy five artists opening their studios. Pick up a map
and explore the studios of painters, jewelers, ceramicists,
photographers, textile artists, and more! Talk with artists in
their studios and discover new works and treasured favorites.
Explore our changing neighborhood and see the waterfront warehouse
district that is recognized as one of New Enland's oldest and
largest arts communities.
For the first time, Art Walk will be held on Mother’s Day
Weekend, making it the perfect place to shop with or for your
family. The first 100 mothers to stop by the Art Walk information
booth on the corner of A and Binford Streets will receive a unique
artist–created flower as our gift!
