Make Music Cambridge (Event Over)

Harvard Square hosts the second edition of "Make Music Cambridge" a free outdoor live-music festival featuring more than 150 local bands in 24 designated street-performance locations.

Make Music Cambridge is based on France's Fête de la Musique, which has been a great success for over 25 years. Since its inauguration, the festival has become an international phenomenon, celebrated on the same day in more than 300 cities over 108 countries, including Germany, Italy, Egypt, Syria, Morocco, Australia, Vietnam, Congo, Cameroon, Togo, Columbia, Chile, Mongolia, and Japan.
