Had fun at the HeyLetsGo Monster Ball? We're keeping things rolling with our November shindig on Saturday 11/18 at the brand-new Revolution Rock Bar. This is a 21+ event. The venue holds 400. We've got gourmet pizzas, chipotle bbq chicken fingers, and soy scallion spring rolls lined up too.

*** Also, can you spare a book or two? Some students in AR desperately need your help. Read more about it here http://boston.heyletsgo.com/event-980... and bring the books to the Revolution Party !!! ***

Thanks Robert. If you can't get one, don't worry - he can use that extra space in the cupboard for his Oscar.

My condolences about your friend, Tim... Just kidding. I might be stop over there tonight or tomorrow, and I wouldn't mind asking about the cups.

My friend wrote the new Van Wilder movie and would like one of those cups. I didn't take one. Anybody have one they wouldn't mind parting with?

    Roy,
No worries. I didn't realize you were choosing the music. Good to know for the future. As I said, good party! A usual good job by HLG.

    Hi Kevin,

Glad you could make it! We'll have the pictures up soon.

We had about 400 people who came, although most people always come on the later side of course.

I heard good comments about the food from people who had it, although I don't know exactly what they ended up putting out, that was the menu they gave us. I will look into it though.

Sorry about the music. We asked a lot of the guests what kind of music they wanted and we tried to play that. Feel free to come up to anyone in a HeyLetsGo t-shirt (usually we're near the entrance) and give us any feedback or ask us to change the music next time :)

    Best,
    Roy

The Revolution Rock club was cool, although maybe only 100 people out of 912 that said they were going showed up. The only disappointments were the appetizers were not what were advertised "We've got gourmet pizzas, chipotle bbq chicken fingers, and soy scallion spring rolls lined up too." (not a big deal--what do you want for free anyway LOL); and that they didn't really play any rock music! I don't know why they call it a rock bar if they don't play rock music! That was a HUGE disappointment. Overall, though good event

    Hi Rachel,

Nah, it's fairly low key. I'm going in jeans :)
Of course, feel free to dress as killah as you like ;)

    See everyone soon!

I have never been to this place. Does anyone know if there are any rules for what to wear here? Can I wear my jeans or is it fancier?

    Thanks!
