WOTR is a new and innovative younger women's group which seeks to provide a stronger voice for women in their 20's and early 30's , organize younger women and their allies to take action on issues that matter most to them, and develop the next generation of women leaders. This is an organization geared toward motivating women in their 20's and 30's to approach their unique career and life issues more proactively. Most of the women's groups geared toward professional development are dominated by older women with a lot of experience but no fresh blood to gain from it. Our goal is to bring women established in their careers together with women starting out or looking to get ahead to develop the next generation of corporate, government, and not-for-profit leaders. The Boston chapter of the only national organization by and for women in their 20s and early 30s dedicated to advancement of their own unique agenda.
