You will NOT receive tickets in the mail. We suggest your party arrives together to avoid any and all confusion. Tickets cannot be refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled. In the event of the cancellation of an event, only refund the face value of the ticket. Admission to event is reserved by the event venue, who will take health, safety and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion; no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of invalid ID, obscene intoxication and other offensive behaviors.
