I used the multi-post thingy and it worked mostly OK. The thing I noticed is that while using that method I couldn't add the venue and secondary group upfront. I had to go back into each event and add those tidbits in.
I'm noticing that the number of people adding game night to their wish list is definitely increasing! I'... -

About big vs. small events, I think it depends on what you are looking for. Bigger parties gives you more chance to meet new people, whereas smaller parties are better for getting to know people better...
