This hip, new lounge is located in The Liberty Hotel, formerly the
storied Charles Street Jail in Beacon Hill. Celebrity mugshots on
the walls and bars on the windows add to the prison vibe. Trendy
cocktails with names like Doing Thyme, Jail Bait and Divine Brown
share the spotlight with bar bites like White Truffle Parmesan
Fries, Crispy Brie Egg Rolls and Pizzas. Alibi also adds a Bungalow
8 touch with the menu item, The Key, which is one night in a king
room at the Liberty complete with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut
Yellow Label. Open Seven Days. 5 PM to 2 AM. Valet Parking through
the Liberty Hotel is $10 for up to 3 hours.
